Dat wilde ik met het rolmandje naar de auto brengen. De filiaalleider rekende af en vertelde mij dat ik het bakje niet mee naar buiten mag nemen. "Dan beloof ik dat ik het netjes terugzet op z'n plaats" . NEE, want die mandjes kosten meer dat 300 euro en regelmatig worden ze meegenomen. De filiaalleider kent mij, waarschijnlijk zelfs bij naam en verteld mij dus dat zij denkt dat ik het mandje wil stelen. Zo ga je niet met vaste klanten om. Ik heb het wel gezien bij dit filiaal.
