J	J Janzen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte communicatie, bij het niet opvolgen van regels kans op fikse boete (kinderachtig) en redelijk duur voor wat je ervoor krijgt. Poor communication, if the rules are not followed, there is a risk of a hefty fine (childish) and quite expensive for what you get for it.
a	alex smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niet tevreden over de manier van communiceren.Ik en mijn vriend zou de borg terug krijgen van het sport armband na beëindiging abonament,maar krijg geen antwoord na paar e-mails gestuurd.Ben na de sportschool gegaan menneer wist niets van dus ik kan mijn borg vergeten!Jammer dat je zo n gevoel krijgt dat het boeie.De 20 euro hoef ik niet meer,jammer dat het zo moet!! S	Sjang oppe Ruiver on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooie apparaten en goede sfeer om te trainen, nadeel is alleen de prijs voor het totaal pakket wat je krijgt. Voor 35 euro per maand zijn er betere fitnesscentra met dezelfde prijsklasse in de buurt met ruimer aanbod groepslessen en kundigere begeleiding. Begeleiding is er niet echt en personal training kun je inplannen tegen betaling (tegen een eerlijke prijs dat wel) Nice equipment and good atmosphere for training, the only disadvantage is the price for the total package you get. For 35 euros per month there are better fitness centers with the same price range in the area with a wider range of group lessons and more skilled guidance. Guidance is not really there and you can schedule personal training for a fee (at a fair price though)

Het gebouw en de apparaten zijn goed. communicatie is werkelijk waardeloos. bij verlengen of beeindigen van contract is er veel onduidelijkheid. transperantie van tarieven is ook ver te zoeken. Ook op de website geen info hierover. Het lijkt vooral om uitstraling en geld te gaan. eenmaal binnen is de eer er vanaf. hiervoor ook 1 ster. ruimte, mogelijkheden en apparaten verdienen meer sterren. maar ik beoordeel het totaal plaatje waarbij de eigenaar in mijn ogen toch behoorlijke steken laat vallen, jammer ! It could have been so beautiful .... The building and appliances are good. communication is really worthless. There is a lot of uncertainty when extending or terminating the contract. transparency of rates is also hard to find. Also no information about this on the website. It seems to be mainly about charisma and money. once inside, the honor is gone. for this also 1 star. space, possibilities and devices deserve more stars. but I judge the total picture where the owner in my eyes still drops quite a bit, too bad!
E	Edwin van Gijzen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deze sportschool is echt heel erg vervelend. Mijn vriendin probeert al zeker een jaar om haar abonnement op te zeggen. Constant andere voorwaarden en natuurlijk was het gesloten tijdens de lock-up maar nu zelfs een aangetekende brief komt niet aan. Pure geldklopperij en weinig waar voor je geld. Slechte communicatie. En van binnen ziet het er uit als... ik heb er niet eens de geschikte woorden voor. This gym is really really annoying. My girlfriend has been trying to cancel her subscription for at least a year. Constantly different conditions and of course it was closed during the lock up but now even a registered letter does not arrive. Pure money making and poor value for money. Bad communication. And inside it looks like... I don't even have the right words for it.
M	MVDB MVDB on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helaas moet ik mededelen dat dit een enorm slechte sportschool is. Sluit ineens 2 weken wegens vakantie (in een onbemande sportschool). Incasseert vervolgens wel de hele maand. Hier vervolgens netjes voor gemaild wat hier van nu de bedoeling is, echter krijg ik nergens een reactie op en als kersje op de taart een brief van een incassobureau, zonder enige aanmaning o.i.d. Diverse malen gebeld, gemaild, gemaild of hij mij terug kan bellen, echter nooit meer iets gehoord en wel een incassobureau inschakelen. Duidelijk niet de gang van zaken die ik verwacht van een kleinschalige sportschool. ik adviseer dan ook niemand om hier heen te gaan. Unfortunately I have to say that this is a very bad gym. Suddenly closes for 2 weeks due to vacation (in an unmanned gym). Then collects for the whole month. I then neatly e-mailed what is the intention here from now on, but I don't get a response to anything and as icing on the cake a letter from a collection agency, without any reminder or the like. J	Jennifer Geboers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ondertussen heb ik 1,5 jaar gesport bij AFF. De apparaten zijn prima en doen wat ze moet doen. Het is een sportschool waar onbemand gesport kan worden. Wel heeft de eigenaar gekke openingstijden tijdens de vakanties. Dit noemt hij het vakantierooster. Het is toch gek dat een sportschool voor onbemand sporten beperkte openingstijden heeft? De communicatie met de eigenaar is waardeloos! Op zijn site staat beschreven dat de communicatie het liefste telefonisch of via mail verloopt, echter is de eigenaar niet te bereiken. Zeker niet als het gaat om het beëindigen van het abonnement. Doordat het jaarabonnement was afgelopen en de communicatie zeer slecht verliep, wilde ik opzeggen. Ik heb meermaals via mail contact gezocht gezien de eigenaar nooit aanwezig is in het pand. Echter kreeg ik telkens geen reactie. Uiteindelijk heb ik een mail gestuurd en deze mail uitgeprint en in de brievenbus geduwd. Hier kreeg ik wel een reactie op, echter ook pas 1,5 weken later. Vervolgens heeft de eigenaar een incassobureau op mij afgestuurd om het resterende bedrag van mijn abonnement te betalen. Dit terwijl ik een maandabonnement zou hebben. Tevens heeft de eigenaar zelf 3 maanden lang geen abonnementskosten afgehouden, maar verwacht wel dat deze achteraf geïnd worden. In totaal ben ik 6 maanden bezig geweest om het abonnement op te zeggen. Doe jezelf een plezier en ga NIET naar AFF! In the meantime I have been playing sports at AFF for 1.5 years. The devices are fine and do what they are supposed to do. It is a gym where you can exercise unattended. However, the owner has crazy opening hours during the holidays. He calls this the holiday schedule. Isn't it strange that a gym for unmanned sports has limited opening hours? The communication with the owner is worthless! On his site it is described that communication is preferred by telephone or e-mail, but the owner cannot be reached. Certainly not when it comes to terminating the subscription. Because the annual subscription had ended and communication was very bad, I wanted to cancel. I have contacted several times by email as the owner is never present in the building. However, I never got a response. Finally I sent an e-mail and printed this e-mail and put it in the letterbox. I did get a response to this, but only 1.5 weeks later. The owner then sent a collection agency to pay the remaining amount of my subscription. This while I would have a monthly subscription. The owner himself has not deducted any subscription costs for 3 months, but does expect these to be collected afterwards. In total I spent 6 months canceling the subscription. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go to AFF!
