Na de uitmuntende amuse door de gastvrouw op de hoogte gebracht van de menu kaart waarbij de keuze bestond uit het aantal gangen met een bijpassend wijnarrangement. Met mooie streekproducten en passie volle verhalen over de bijpassende wijnen nam de gastvrouw je mee door het menu en elke gang was even smaakvol. Als ik één punt van kritiek zou moeten geven zou ik het gemis van de passie in de Port moeten noemen bij de meer dan gelukte kaasplank variant. Dit werd meer dan goed gemaakt door de keuze van de aangepaste desert wijn bij het laatste gerecht. Zeker een geslaagde avond en voor herhaling vatbaar. A must for culinary food! After the excellent amuse-bouche the hostess was informed about the menu, where the choice consisted of the number of courses with a matching wine arrangement. With beautiful regional products and passionate stories about the matching wines, the hostess took you through the menu and every course was equally tasty. If I had to give one point of criticism I would have to mention the lack of passion in the Port in the more than successful cheese board variant. This was more than made up for by the choice of the appropriate desert wine with the last dish. Definitely a successful evening and worth repeating.

Essen , alles wird frisch zubereitet und schmeckt auch genau so. Absolut 5 Sterne wert. Personal sehr freundlich, spricht auch Deutsch Den Tisch sollte man aber 1 Tag zuvor bestellen. Ein Hotel mit 16 Zimmer gehört auch dazu. Die Reithalle steht in Zukunft Pferdeinhaber zu verfügung, wann genau....besser nachfragen. French gourmet cuisine at its best. Cozy chic atmosphere and stylish furnishings. With attention to detail. Food, everything is freshly prepared and tastes exactly the same. Absolutely worth 5 stars. Staff very friendly, also speaks German But you should order the table 1 day in advance. A hotel with 16 rooms is one of them. In the future, the riding arena will be available to horse owners, when exactly .... it's better to ask.

Da wir anlässlich meines Geburtstages unter der Woche dort waren und nicht viel los war, hat der Koch quasi „a la Minute“ für uns allein gekocht. Das Amuse-Gueule ließ viel versprechen und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Spitzenküche! Vielen Dank noch einmal für diesen tollen Abend, auch an meinen Herzensmann! A must for gourmets. Since we were there on the occasion of my birthday during the week and there wasn't much going on, the chef cooked for us almost “a la minute”. The Amuse-Gueule made a lot of promises and we were not disappointed. Top cuisine! Thank you again for this great evening, also to my heart man!

We chose the four course menu - good choice, five would have been better because each dish was delicious! High quality ingredients, prepared in perfection, superb arrangements and presentation. The service could not have been better. We hope we get the chance to come back and taste more.

Service is great, staff speaks English and German. Good wine pairing. On a pricey side (we paid ~150 euro for two for 5 courses, 2 bottles of water and 4 drinks). For special occasions - definitely a must go.
