★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enkele ruiten met dubbel glas en ventilatie roosters laten monteren door dit bedrijf, oud glas eruit, nieuw glas erin. Ziet er mooi uit en al het oude glas wordt meegenomen. Topzaak.
Some windows with double glazing and ventilation grilles are fitted by this company, old glass out, new glass inside. Looks nice and all the old glass is taken. Top case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alfa Glas > waardeloze service - glasplaat besteld, houden ons dagenlang aan het lijntje, beloven terug te bellen maar doen het niet. Na zoveelste keer nog niets gedaan, afbesteld. Concurrent Depa Glas in Dordrecht levert binnen een uur!
Alfa Glas> worthless service - glass plate ordered, keep us on the line for days, promise to call back but do not. Nothing done after the umpteenth time, canceled. Competitor Depa Glas in Dordrecht delivers within an hour!

Tevens rekent men stevige prijzen.
Voor mij redenen om geen zaken meer te doen met dit bedrijf.
Previously always good experiences with this company. However, last year customer friendliness has been greatly reduced.
They also charge solid prices.
Reasons for me not to do business with this company anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruim een twintig tal buitenkozijnenen en deurconstructies besteld en geleverd gekregen. Het lukt maar niet om klachten opgelost te krijgen. Deuren klemmen en deugdelijke rubber strips ontbreken. Wat een drama....
More than twenty outside window frames and door constructions ordered and delivered. It is not possible to get complaints resolved. Door clamps and sound rubber strips are missing. What a drama....

Alpha glas heeft bij mij voorzetramen geplaatst en op een aantal plaatsen enkel glas vervangen voor dubbel. Ik ben erg tevreden over de communicatie en de nette manier van werken.
Good service with an eye for quality and finish.
Alpha glass has placed additional windows at my place and replaced single glass for double in a number of places. I am very satisfied with the communication and the neat way of working.
