★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afgelopen 6 maart om half 11 had ik een afspraak met Hollands Kroon op de begraafplaats te Anna Paulowna voor het bijzetten van een urn in een urnengraf.De familie was aanwezig op afgesproken tijd.
Maar er was niemand van Hollands Kroon.Na een half uur gewacht te hebben toch maar gebeld naar Holland Kroon.
Kreeg iemand aan de telefoon die van niets wist we zouden teruggebeld worden .Na 10minuten telefoontje gekregen met het antwoord dat ze de betreffende persoon hadden gemaild.
Na een uur te hebben gewacht kwam het telefoontje van de debetreffende persoon die verantwoordelijk is voor de bijzetting in het graf en die aanwezig had moeten zijn.
Hij had de mededeling dat hij de afspraak voor de bijzetting in het graf was vergeten maar dat hij alsnog kon komen dat we dan nog 2 uur moesten wachten want hij moest uit Castricum komen.
Ik vraag me af Hoe kan zoiets serieus zo fout gaan.
 Last March 6 at half past 11 I had an appointment with Hollands Kroon at the cemetery in Anna Paulowna for the burial of an urn in an urn grave. The family was present at the agreed time.
But there was no one from Hollands Kroon. After waiting half an hour, I called Holland Kroon.
Got someone on the phone who knew nothing about it we would be called back. After 10 minutes received a call with the reply that they had emailed the person in question.
After waiting an hour, the call came from the person concerned who was responsible for interment in the grave and who should have been present.
He had the message that he had forgotten the appointment for the interment in the grave, but that he could still come that we had to wait another 2 hours because he had to come from Castricum.
I wonder how can something so seriously go wrong.
