★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonisch afspraak gemaakt om telefoonscherm te vervangen. Ze hadden het scherm niet in huis, maar volgende dag wel. Tijd afgesproken en nadat ik 18 km had gereden, parkeergarage had gevonden, door de halve (door kermis afgesloten) stad had gelopen meldt de 'verkoper' doodleuk - zonder excuses of iets - dat hij het scherm niet heeft.
Te sullig en te klantonvriendelijk om even te bellen.
Trip van 36 km, anderhalf uur, parkeergeld en ergernis. Allemaal voor niks.
Nou ja, één ding geleerd: nooit meer naar deze waardeloze zaak.
Ik raad u hetzelfde aan. Er zijn gelukkig andere telefoonreparateurs.
 Made an appointment by phone to replace the phone screen. They didn't have the screen at home, but they did the next day. Time agreed and after I had driven 18 km, had found a parking garage, walked through half the city (closed off by a fair), the 'seller' says casually - without apologies or anything - that he does not have the screen.
Too silly and too customer-unfriendly to call.
36 km trip, one and a half hours, parking fee and annoyance. All for free.
Well, learned one thing: never go to this crappy place again.
I recommend the same to you. Fortunately, there are other phone repairers.
