Keurig op tijd meldde Sjoerd zich en hij heeft de werkzaamheden naar behoren gedaan. Bij controle op het dak bleken er wel wat extra werkzaamheden bij te komen en die zijn keurig (binnen budget) opgelost. Came across this company via the internet after which contact was made quickly and correctly. The quote came quickly and so was the appointment. Sjoerd reported right on time and he did the work properly. During a check on the roof, it turned out that some extra work had to be done and these were solved neatly (within budget).

Tijdens de werkzaamheden bleek ons dak rot te zijn en hierdoor vielen de werkzaamheden wel aanzienlijk duurder uit, ondanks dat de mannen in de vooraf gestelde tijd klaar waren. We have had our roof insulated and renovated and are very satisfied with it. During the work, our roof turned out to be rotten and this made the work considerably more expensive, even though the men were ready in the predetermined time.

Na foto's gestuurd te hebben gelijk een afspraak voor volgende dag kunnen maken. En dat in deze drukte, echt geweldig. En vanmorgen waren ze er op de afgesproken tijd. Met 3 man sterk de nood reparatie naar tevredenheid uitgevoerd. Ik hoop dat de vervolg afspraak net zo top verloopt. Soms verlies je het vertrouwen in bedrijven maar in deze ongegrond. Chapau. I found All-Round over the internet. I sent an app late Saturday night and got a response Sunday morning. After sending pictures, I was able to make an appointment for the next day. And that in this crowd, really great. And this morning they were there at the appointed time. With 3 people strong, the emergency repair carried out satisfactorily. I hope the next appointment goes just as well. Sometimes you lose trust in companies but in this one unfounded. chap.

He provides excellent service and value for money. Plus he’s a very friendly and speaks excellent English which is very helpful as a foreigner in the Netherlands. Thank you so much Carlo.

In the begining they will all be nice, say they can do everything and they will give you a price which supposedly includes everything you have discussed in detail with them. The things will change when they have to deliver what they promised. First, they will charge you a deposit but they will not commit to come on any particular date, they will just say "we will see next week". Then, once they feel like coming they will do whatever they want in your roof and if you notice that something you agreed has not been done, they will tell you that they never commited to that (basically accusing you to be a liar). If it happens to rain (like the day when they came to my house), they will rush and leave everything behind not properly finished, like for example not putting back some roof tiles (luckly we realised otherwise it would have caused a big leak) Finally when asked them when they could come back to finish what was initially agreed, they said they will not do it until next year because it was going to be raining all day every day until then (not a joke) So in summary... unless you want to be scammed, I'm sure there are many other workers out there where you can better spend your time and money.
