★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na een afspraak te hebben gemaakt was de zaak al gesloten. Na een belletje kwam er iemand naar de zaak. Op kritische vragen kreeg ik de reactie dat meneer het niet wist...Heb hem zo ingeruild...doe er ook niks meer aan, zei meneer. Ben de goedkoopste op intern!
Prijs was prijs. Mensen stonden in de rij en zelf collega bedrijven hadden reeds interesse getoond.
De auto stond in een TL verlichte loods, wilde graag de kleur paars/bruin metalic precies bewonderen. Vroeg of ik de auto buiten mocht bekijken....alleen als ik hem wilde kopen. Uiteindelijk na wat gemopper werd de auto buiten gezet.
Hij was slecht qua lak. Diverse beschadigingen. Niet mijn auto en al helemaal niet mijn zaak om een cabriolet te kopen.
Een cursus KLANTVRIENDELIJKHEID zou de meneer goed doen.
After making an appointment, the case was already closed. After a call someone came to the case. To critical questions I got the response that the gentleman did not know ... I exchanged it like that ... don't do anything about it, sir. Be the cheapest on internal!
Price was price. People were queuing up and fellow companies themselves had already shown interest.
The car was in a TL-lit shed, wanted to admire the color purple / brown metallic exactly. Asked if I could view the car outside .... only if I wanted to buy it. Finally, after some grumbling, the car was put outside.
He was bad in terms of paint. Various damage. Not my car and certainly not my business to buy a convertible.
A CUSTOMER FRIENDLY course would do the gentleman good.
