★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijne (zwanger)yogalessen de groep staat ook erg centraal waardoor er fijne contacten zijn ook met de andere vrouwen. Veel aandacht voor de bevalling wat mij de eerste keer een heel fijn vertrouwen en vooruitzicht gaf mentaal. Ook ruimte voor gesprekken en lekker kopje thee ervoor/na.
Fine (pregnant) yoga classes the group is also very central, so there are nice contacts with the other women. A lot of attention for the delivery which gave me a very nice confidence and prospect mentally the first time. Also room for conversations and a nice cup of tea before / after.
