★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is horrible. I consulted the assistant on the phone about the price with my list of what to put in the storage and she gave me a very low price with free pickup. Then I went to their storage which is very far from my home and the people there told me a price that is far higher than what the person on the phone told me, plus saying that “pick up is never free!!!!!” Really bad experience!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insisted on a €210 deposit from me. This is ridiculous, there should be no deposit! Additionally I was informed this is only refundable by bank transfer. This is not convenient for me. I went somewhere else after they wasted my time and money going there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good at all, bad experience, ripp off. Extra costs of almost 200 euro for administration. Never ever again!!!!!! We made a mstake in payment, my fault. But people pay attention!!!!! they charged me 300 euro and new price is 733 euro!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! BAD BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!

This storage is pt the newest but the stuff is friendly and fast.
As foreigner I had to pay 3 times more deposit than Dutch people.
I closed the contract, but I need a smaller box, witch was not available here.
Available per public transport is not really good. You need a car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dishonest and difficult to deal with. We rented a storage for a short period in 2018 and decided to cancel the contract via phone call. They did not notify us that we had to send a written cancellation when we called and left us to believe that it was cancelled. They then continued to charge us for many months following the cancellation. We then called and disputed this and they mentioned that this is resolved. After 1.5 years they have gotten a collection agency to charge us for the amount again. As a consumer we feel highly cheated and will never recommend this service
