★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is horrible. I consulted the assistant on the phone about the price with my list of what to put in the storage and she gave me a very low price with free pickup. Then I went to their storage which is very far from my home and the people there told me a price that is far higher than what the person on the phone told me, plus saying that “pick up is never free!!!!!” Really bad experience!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They find reasons to make you pay for everything wouldn't recommend it to you guys! The good thing is that once you paid for everything your stuff is actually stored in a nice warm dry and safe place so you do deserve at least 1.5 star ;)

Inside is dry and cool. All building it's in very good condition, they have also very good security system.
Very friendly and professional service.
I recommend this storage ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dishonest pricing. I expected to be quoted their best 'vanaf' price (EUR 23,45 /month for 3m3) as I was willing to sign up for 24months and pay in advance. I was quoted EUR 40/month. Over the phone, the indication was EUR 25-30/month before I had mentioned the length I was willing to sign up for. Conclusion: these are not 'vanaf' prices but 'nep/fake' prices. This seems to be systematic looking at other reviews. Stay away and never go to a storage without a fixed quotation before going.
