A	Anton Kneijber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bijzonder fijn bedrijf, heel goed om mee samen te werken. Wij zijn onlangs met 2 auto's en volledige huisraad vertrokken naar Aruba. Het gelehel traject van offerte tot aan aflevering voor de deur is heel goed verlopen. Wel waren er de nodige Douane issues op Aruba. Deze zijn door BonBini cargo (partner ter plaatse) goed opgepakt en afgehandeld. Voor mij is bovenstaande genoeg reden om 5 sterren te geven en ik raad U Allways zeker aan. Met vriendelijke groet, Anton Kneijber Aruba Very nice company, very good to work with. We recently left for Aruba with 2 cars and complete household goods. The Gelehel process from quotation to delivery at the door went very well. There were, however, the necessary Customs issues on Aruba. Y	Yvette Hes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ze zijn goedkoop maar je mag dan verder ook niets verwachten. Spullen worden opgehaald door een verhuizer die zij inhuren. Die man was een complete malloot en zat alleen maar te schelden en af te geven op het bedrijf. Toen ik hen erover belde zeiden ze tja, hij werkt niet bij ons... Verder is er nauwelijks en slechte communicatie (voorbeeld, uw vracht wordt geleverd in de haven van Durban, bij aankomst blijkt het in Kaapstad te staan). Bij aankomst inspectie in Zuid-Afrika was de boedel zodanig slecht ingepakt (douane bestempelde het als VERY POOR) dat ik nog moest laten herinpakken en mijn meest kostbare item was (zul je altijd zien) in 1000 stukjes aangekomen. Ook met het tellen van de dozen kwamen we niet uit en bij iedere vraag die ik ze stelde, kreeg ik een vreemd antwoord terug. Niet mee kunnen denken en alleen gericht op vrachten inboeken, service is niet belangrijk. They are cheap but you cannot expect anything further. Items are picked up by a mover that they hire. That man was a complete fool and was just swearing at the company. When I called them about it, they said well, he is not working with us ... Furthermore, there is hardly any and poor communication (example, your cargo is delivered to the port of Durban, it appears to be in Cape Town upon arrival). Upon arrival inspection in South Africa the estate was so badly packed (customs labeled it as VERY POOR) that I still had to be repackaged and my most precious item was (you'll always see) arrived in 1000 pieces. We also couldn't figure out how to count the boxes and with every question I asked, I got a strange answer back. Not being able to think along and only focusing on booking loads, service is not important.

Onze tegelleverancier bracht de spullen rechtstreeks naar Allways terwijl we de spullen thuis zelf op de aanhangwagen wilden laden die ook naar Bonaire moest. Mijn ouders brachten de lege aanhangwagen naar Allways waarop bij aankomst werd overlegd hoe en wat en werden de spullen door jongens van Allways geladen in de aanhangwagen. Ze hebben dit super opgelost waren heel behulpzaam en hebben daarbij een hele scherpe prijs. Kortom een wat kleiner bedrijf waar je wel nog rechtstreeks contact met ze kunt hebben. Van mij krijgen ze de warme douche! I can only praise this company. Our tile supplier brought the stuff directly to Allways while we wanted to load the stuff at home on the trailer that also had to go to Bonaire. My parents brought the empty trailer to Allways where they discussed how and what upon arrival and the stuff was loaded into the trailer by Allways boys. They solved this super and were very helpful and have a very competitive price. In short, a somewhat smaller company where you can still have direct contact with them. They give me the hot shower!

We zijn zeer tevreden over hun dienstverlening: snel, alert, prima communicatie en zeer servicegericht en dat alles tegen een goede prijs. Allways bought us VAT-free IKEA goods and a lounge set and had them shipped to Aruba. We are very satisfied with their service: fast, alert, excellent communication and very service-oriented, all at a good price.
