★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geschiedenis weetje: Vanaf hier is Almelo bevrijd in de WW2. Een gedenkteken zit in de muur van het station gemetseld. (1e Canadese tank kwam hier over het spoor Almelo in)
History fact: From here Almelo was liberated in WW2. A memorial is built into the wall of the station. (1st Canadian tank came here over the track Almelo)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klein station met NS automaat aan 1 kant met spoorwegovergang en slagbomen. Dus als je aan de late kant komt voor je trein kun je tegen dit probleem aan lopen.
Small station with NS machine on one side with railway crossing and barriers. So if you are late for your train you can run into this problem.
