★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voor het eerst naar dit ziekenhuis geweest met gebroken ribben. Normaal ga ik naar het Deventer ziekenhuis. Zo goed als dingen gaan in Deventer zo slecht gaat het in Almelo. Afspraken vergeten, onvriendelijk tegen bezoek, zeer slechte overdracht tussen afdelingen en mantelzorgers. Gelukkig zijn er enkele zeer kundige verpleegsters.
 Been to this hospital for the first time with broken ribs. Normally I go to the Deventer hospital. As good as things go in Deventer, it's just as bad in Almelo. Forgotten appointments, unfriendly to visitors, very poor transfer between departments and carers. Fortunately, there are some very skilled nurses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Bahnhof der Stadt Almelo (rund 70.000 Einwohner) ist sehr gepflegt und ziemlich klein. Die Stadt bzw. der Bahnhof ist Teil der Verbindung Amsterdam-Berlin.
The train station in the city of Almelo (around 70,000 inhabitants) is very well-kept and quite small. The city or the train station is part of the Amsterdam-Berlin connection.
