Te lang gewacht om dit niet te doen.
Bewustwording van je leefstijl is heel belangrijk. Iedereen gaat maar door. Iedereen denkt gezond te eten en leven. Ik ben de verandering aangegaan.
Sta open voor dit nieuws. Er gaat een wereld voor je open. Gezond ouder worden zonder klachten en pijnen dat is wat ik wil. Alotz helpt mij daarbij.
Ik ben heel blij met mijn health-check en de verandering. Ik weet nu wat goed voor mij is en waar ik op moet letten.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn zoontje van 12 heeft een bloedonderzoek laten doen bij Alotz. Hier kwam onder andere uit dat hij beter geen gluten en lactose kon eten. Fijn dat wij vele tips en ideeën (recepten) hebben gekregen. Echt top!
