★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für 20 Euro per Direktaufladung Guthaben gekauft. Seltsamerweise sind aber nur 16 Euro gebucht worden. Zur Klärung des Sachverhalts sollte ich mich an meinen Prepaidanbieter wenden. Wer hier offensichtlich 4 Euro einbehällt, ohne das im Bezahlvorgang transparent anzuzeigen, ist nicht serös. Finger weg! War das Erste und Letzte Mal.
 Bought credit for 20 euros by direct top-up. Oddly enough, only 16 euros have been booked. I should contact my prepaid provider to clarify the situation. Anyone who obviously withholds 4 euros here without displaying this transparently in the payment process is not serious. Hands off! Was the first and last time.

5 days after topping up the mobile phone prepaid card there is still no credit on the mobile phone !! ? paid with PayPal and already debited from the account !!

Habe bei Paypal geschaut und mich grad gewundert wer mir da geld abgezogen hat. Dachte erst bin einem betrüger in die hände gefallen aber war zum glück nur die Aufladung.

Have looked at Paypal and I was just wondering who pulled my money there. At first thought I fell into the hands of a fraudster, but luckily it was only the charging.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit einem Jahr versuche ich die automatische Aufladung meines Providers (pennymobil) zu generieren. Als Inkassounternehmen ist alphacomm völlig inkompetent ein einfaches Lastschriftverfahren zu realisieren. Wenn es NUll sterne geben würde, dann hätte ich Null vergeben.
For a year now I've been trying to get my provider (pennymobil) topped up automatically. As a debt collection company, alphacomm is completely incompetent to implement a simple direct debit procedure. If there were NUll stars, then I would have given zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe seit einem halben Jahr eine Prepaid Karte von der Telekom und hatte bis jetzt nie Probleme mit dem Aufladen.
Meistens nach nicht mal 5 Minuten war das Guthaben drauf und man konnte direkt alles weiter nutzen wie gehabt.
Have had a prepaid card from Telekom for half a year and have never had problems with topping up.
Usually after less than 5 minutes the credit was on it and you could continue to use everything as usual.
