Hebben nooit een rekening gezien bij de afhandeling ,anders dan de kale kosten van het product, nergens stond vermeld wat de extra kosten zouden zijn. BTW hielden we rekening mee misschien ook wat verzendkosten, niet dat ze meer dan 10 euro zouden zijn of dat er ook nog eens zowat 10 euro aan administratiekosten bij zouden komen. Ook iets wat ik nog nooit meegemaakt heb is dat er extra btw gerekend wordt over de administratie kosten en vrachtkosten. Maar volgens het bedrijf is dat altijd al zo en zal ook altijd zo blijven. Tevens zouden we nog geluk hebben omdat sinds midden januari de verzend en administratie kosten nog duurder geworden zijn... Nou wat een geluk dat we maar enkel 50% extra hoefden te betalen. Het is eens maar nooit weer bij Alpheios Product bought from 10 bottles. Now there is an account where the amount is 50% more expensive. VAT, administration costs and freight costs charged extra ... Have never seen an invoice during the settlement, other than the basic costs of the product, nowhere was stated what the extra costs would be. VAT, we also took into account some shipping costs, not that they would be more than 10 euros or that there would also be about 10 euros in administration costs. Also something I have never experienced is that extra VAT is charged on the administration costs and freight costs. But according to the company, it has always been and always will be. We would also be lucky because the shipping and administration costs have become even more expensive since mid-January ... Well, how lucky that we only had to pay an extra 50%.
