Dit jaar hebben we een nieuwbouw huis gekocht wat helaas door de firma Coolen is gebouwd. Uiteraard is dat van tevoren allemaal al bepaald dus je hebt geen keus. Ik ken geen enkele andere organisatie die stroever en lakser is wat betreft communicatie en afspraken nakomen. Het duurt onnodig lang voordat je antwoord krijgt op je gestelde vragen. Als je dan antwoord krijgt is het op 1 (met geluk 2) van de 5 vragen die je gesteld hebt. Of het standaard antwoord: het is in behandeling genomen. Daarna hoor je dus niets meer. Je moet overal meerdere keren achteraan en dan wordt het alsnog maar half gedaan. Je zit als particuliertje in een moeilijke situatie omdat je ze nodig hebt om iets gedaan te krijgen en dat weten ze bij Coolen. De insteek die ze hebben is: gewoon niet reageren dan stoppen ze vanzelf wel met klagen. De enige reden dat deze firma nog bestaat is omdat ze zijn aangesloten bij een grotere firma en omdat de bouw overspoeld wordt met werk. Dat was ook duidelijk te merken bij de bouw en vooral nazorg van ons huis. Zo snel mogelijk een fase afraffelen, factuur sturen en door naar de volgende. Kwaliteit? Wat is dat? Afschuiven kunnen ze ook goed. Een UTP aansluiting was niet in orde. Gemeld bij Coolen. Moest ik zelf maar even contact opnemen met de electricien. Waarom? Coolen is de aannemer en heeft contact met de onderaannemers. Toch maar gedaan omdat ik verder wil. Deze firma reageerde ook gewoon niet waardoor ik weer terug moest naar Coolen. Voor onze badkamer zijn ze in totaal 6! keer terug gekomen om dingen te repareren. Waarvan 3 keer het voegwerk tussen de tegels. Als klap op de vuurpijl heb ik 2 weken geleden gemeld dat er een traptrede los zit. Het is in behandeling werd gemeld. Na een week maar weer eens contact opgenomen. Gewoon geen reactie. Na tien dagen maar weer eens geprobeerd. Toen werd er gebeld. Oh ik zie dat de melding al van lang geleden is, kunnen we morgen rond 09:30 uur even komen met een timmerman? Ja graag. De volgende dag om 11:00 uur maar eens gebeld waar ze beleven. Geen gehoor. s Middags om 16:00 uur word ik tijdens een andere afspraak gebeld. Wij zouden langskomen deze ochtend maar we hebben het zo druk.... Totaal geen excuses of sorry voor het ongemak nee de firma Coolen heeft het druk. Ik kan (helaas) boeken schrijven over dit bedrijf. Helaas kun je niet minder dan 1 ster geven. Two words: WORTHLESS ORGANIZATION and then I express myself very carefully. This year we bought a new-build house which unfortunately was built by Coolen. Of course that is all determined in advance so you have no choice. I don't know of any other organization that is stiffer and more lax when it comes to communication and keeping agreements. It takes an unnecessarily long time before you get an answer to your questions. If you then get an answer it is 1 (with luck 2) out of the 5 questions you asked. Or the standard answer: it has been taken into consideration. After that you don't hear anything anymore. You have to go after everything several times and then it is only half done. As a private individual you are in a difficult situation because you need them to get something done and they know that at Coolen. The approach they have is: simply do not respond, they will automatically stop complaining. The only reason that this company still exists is because they are affiliated with a larger company and because the construction is flooded with work. That was also clearly evident in the construction and especially aftercare of our house. Unload a phase as quickly as possible, send an invoice and move on to the next one. Quality? What is that? They can also slide off. A UTP connection was not in order. Reported at Coolen. If only I had to contact the electrician myself. Why? Coolen is the contractor and has contact with the subcontractors. Anyway done because I want to continue. This company also just did not respond so I had to go back to Coolen. They are 6 in total for our bathroom! came back to fix things. Including 3 times the jointing between the tiles. To top it all off, I reported two weeks ago that a stair step is loose. It has been reported pending. Contacted again after a week. Just no response. I tried again after ten days. Then the phone rang. Oh I see that the report is from a long time ago, can we come with a carpenter tomorrow around 9:30 am? Yes please. The next day at 11:00 am but once called where they experience. No answer. In the afternoon at 4 p.m. I am called during another appointment. We would come by this morning but we are so busy .... No apologies or sorry for the inconvenience no Coolen is busy. I can (unfortunately) write books about this company. Unfortunately you cannot give less than 1 star.
