★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vrijdag gebeld, woensdagochtend de zonwering op de serre gerepareerd. Alruco had de serre 20 jaar geleden gebouwd, hadden alle gegevens nog. Ze leveren goede kwaliteit spullen, die 20 jaar meegaan!
Called on Friday, repaired the blinds on the conservatory on Wednesday morning. Alruco had built the conservatory 20 years ago, still had all the data. They deliver good quality stuff that will last 20 years!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alle informatie op de website gaf mij goede hoop in een mooi bedrijf gevonden te hebben. Na korte uitleg, werd al vrij snel aangegeven dat ze niet aan service doen, terwijl de wens een nieuwe serre betreft. Ook werd aangegeven maar op zoek te gaan naar een bedrijf dichter in de buurt, blijkbaar is 30 minuten reistijd niet in de buurt. Alleen klanten om te hoek? Dan kom je niet ver. Er wordt niet naar je geluisterd en zoals een eerdere review aangaf is het personeel niet geïnteresseerd. Pluspunt, vandaar twee sterren, is wel dat ik wel op een vriendelijke manier werd afgescheept.
All the information on the website gave me hope to have found a good company. After a short explanation, it was soon indicated that they do not provide service, while the wish concerns a new conservatory. It was also indicated to look for a company closer in the area, apparently 30 minutes travel time is not nearby. Only customers around the corner? Then you won't get far. You are not listened to and as a previous review indicated the staff are not interested. The plus point, hence two stars, is that I was greeted in a friendly way.
