★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Une agence qui pense uniquement au remplacement et s’enfoutent carrément des usagers. Ils m’ont suggérer un quart sans me donner aucunes informations sur l’endroit où vous aller , ni le poste à remplacé. Un employer éducateur me parle pour me raconter le replacement qu’il a fait , il était raciste sans ce rendre compte que j’étais noir au téléphone. Il me disent que je dois remplacer un directeur d’intervention d’une résidence hors je suis encore étudiant alors j’essaye de les rejoindre afin de dire que je ne peux pas accepter que cela dépasse mes connaissances et ils finissent par me renvoyer et c’était seulement mon premier quart à vie dans cette agence ça fesait que 1 semaine que j’étais là .
Cette agence pense juste à faire de l’argent en replacement comme si que les personnes vulnérables n’ont pas d’importance ils envoient n’importe qui n’importe où pour remplacer en pleine crise de Covid-19 .
L’agence la plus mauvaise jamais été , il vous conavains avec leur salaire de 33$h pour ensuite vous donner de taches de PAB quand vous êtes éducateur spécialisée. Je recommande a personne d’y aller faire attention !
An agency that only thinks about replacement and doesn't really care about users. They suggested a shift without giving me any information on where to go or the position to replace. An employee educator talks to me to tell me about the replacement he made, he was racist without realizing that I was black on the phone. They tell me that I must replace an intervention director of a residence outside I am still a student so I try to join them in order to say that I cannot accept that it exceeds my knowledge and they end up dismissing me and c was only my first quarter in life in this agency it was only 1 week that I was there.
This agency is just thinking of making money in replacement as if the vulnerable people do not matter they send anyone anywhere to replace in the midst of the Covid-19 crisis.
The worst agency ever, it conavains you with their salary of $ 33 h and then gives you PAB spots when you are a special education teacher. I recommend that nobody go there to pay attention!
