Had niet nodig geweest als ik de simkaart goed in de mifi had gestoken.
Hierdoor ging natuurlijk alles mis en dat door mijn eigen fout.
De moraal van het verhaal is, check alles zorgvuldig voor je de klantenservice belt.
Nu werkt alles naar behoren en beveel dit bedrijf zeker aan. Als je niet weet hoeveel GB je nodig hebt bij een campertrip is een geldigheidsduur van de simcard voor 1 jaar fantastisch. Als er geen lokale wifi aanwezig dan kan je jezelf toch redden. En een geldigheidsduur van 1 jaar is toch wel prettig om achter de hand te hebben. En deze geldigheidstermijn vind je niet overal. Always connected medewerkers een dikke pluim.

Could not have been necessary if I had put the SIM card properly into the MiFi.
This of course everything went wrong and that through my own fault.
The moral of the story is, check everything carefully calling for customer service.
Now everything is working properly and recommend this company highly. If you do not know how many GB you need at an RV trip is valid for 1 year from the simcard fantastic. If no local wifi then you can still save yourself. And a period of one year is quite nice to have on hand too. And this validity can not find anywhere. Always connected staff a big compliment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased from this company a prepaid data Vodafone 10 Gb sim card from this company. It never worked. Customer service of Vodafone is useless. The internet overage by Vodafone is total garbage. My advice, never buy Vodafone products and never use this company selling sim cards.
