★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doen er nu al meer dan een week over om een brievenbuspakket te verzenden en communiceren niet via hun eigen whatsapp, zelfs na meerdere dagen wachten. Ik begrijp kerstdrukte, maar dat kan op zijn minst gecommuniceerd worden naar klanten.
Edit: uiteindelijk na 14 dagen een creditnota ontvangen, zonder enige communicatie vooraf/achteraf. Erg jammer.
It now takes more than a week to send a letterbox package and do not communicate via their own whatsapp, even after several days of waiting. I understand Christmas rush, but that can at least be communicated to customers.
Edit: finally received a credit note after 14 days, without any communication before/after. Pity.
