★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was brilliant, I had a problem with my iPhone and they got a technician to look at it straight away, they understood the problem and although they couldn't fix it there it got sent away for repair which I'm happy with, they even got me coffee whilst I waited, really nice guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed! I’d have given -1, if I could! Firstly, they promise on the website that your product will be delivered next day even buying with other product that is not possible to be delivered immediately. Then, they don’t update about our order or give at least a parameter or a solution: send products separately, at least! They promise they will do whatever they can, but guess what? Nothing happened and it’s been three days since I placed my order, and apparently I’ll be receiving only tomorrow! Worst store ever! Instead saying: “look, come and pick up your order, we can arrange it immediately”, they said “well, cancel your order then”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well this place has changed.... Current staff are arrogant and unhelpful... Originally I said "Always a pleasure, the best Mac reseller in NL... Pleasant expert employees and good prices." Forget all that and avoid like the plague. I ordered my new iMac online after intending to buy it here.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited Amac Eindhoven for the Keyboard Service Program for the MacBook Pro. After making an appointment, I arrived at the store and an employee immediately helped me with my issue. Then, after handing in my MacBook Pro, I had to wait less than a week to get the fully repaired product back. Quick and easy, friendly staff and good service.

I had broken the tril motor, but the employee of Amac said that I have to make an appointment to replace also the screen because is one part together with the tril motor.
I went to The Repair House and they have replaced my tril motor, in 30 min. Kept my screen.
