★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was waiting for black Friday discounts to buy iwatch. I did a mistake by buying it from amac.nl . Exactly 3 days after the discount period which is 4 days, They sent me an email saying they will refund my money back. I sent an email to them but they “care” a lot by not responding at all. I bought the same product from another supplier where I would have chosen in the beginning with 60 euros more because of the late response or fake selling of Amac!!! Never ever again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ first I went to Amac in Amsterdam (near Central Station) - in that place working not qualified people. They told me that is my fault and the MacBook will be not fixed on a warranty.
But when I came to Utrecht The Wall Amac - the service was on a top level. Bas (he was helping me) was very nice, he explain me the problem and told that it's 100% warranty issue. I'm very satisfied with Amac the Wall service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient place for both shopping for Apple products and service. Parking is available right in front of the door and free for the first two hours. The shop itself has a fresh and comfortable atmosphere. I have been here with a service appointment and the service desk was pretty much empty. So they handled my case very quickly.

Bryan was super helpful with providing us with information and we kept asking questions and he kept answering, making sure we were aware of all the ins and outs of Apple and how things work. Daniel was also incredibly helpful! We had a bit of an emergency and he made sure all of our needs were met. Absolutely wonderful and refreshing to receive grade A service! Great job! I completely recommend this store for any and all Apple needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with the purchase at AMAC and the employee behaviour in the store. I checked with the employee before the purchasing the apply watch 6 whether I can return the watch or not as it was a gift for my wife. He told me that I can return the watch with 10% deduction of the purchase price if the seal is open. As the watch was too big for my wife's wrist , when I went to the shop to return the watch within 3 days they said that they do not take the return if the seal is open.
Will never recommend anyone to purchase from any AMAC stores as they are bunch of cheaters.
Instead, always better to purchase from mediamarkt or coolblue where we can return the products easily and conveniently.
