Software valt niet onder de garantie ... Is dat klantvriendelijk? I buy an expensive Macbook, but when there is a problem with an update, I can call apple support or pay 50 euros to have an update put on it via USB. Software is not covered by the warranty ... Is that customer friendly?

Zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door een jongedame die mijn dochter rustig en netjes uitleg gaf, vragen stelde omtrent doel en gebruik van de laptop en tot en met het afrekenen professionele begeleiding gaf ? My daughter received money for her birthday and wanted to buy a MacBook from this store because it was the cheapest there. Very kindly received by a young lady who explained my daughter calmly and neatly, asked questions about the purpose and use of the laptop and provided professional guidance up to and including the payment ?
T	Teun Los on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij zijn heel goed geholpen door Matthias en Sander. De nieuwe IPad Pro hebben zijn goed weer werkbaar gemaakt want de vorige iPad was stuk. Fantastisch werk. We have been very well helped by Matthias and Sander. The new iPad Pro have made it workable again because the previous iPad was broken. Fantastic work.

Wachten gaat door in de winkel waar we een half moeten wachten om de iphone uit het magazijn te halen. Garantie is lastig lastig om te claimen dat is nog tot 16 december 2017. Mag je ook 39€ afrekenen voor de diagnose. Ben blij dat ik het toestel nog terug heb gekregen. Wees verstandig een lees shop reviews eerst door voordat je hier iets aanschaft. Ik zet geen voet meer in deze winkel. Staff are friendly and patient, which the customer should also have if you have to wait for a simple diagnosis from September 27 to October 17. Waiting continues in the store where we have to wait half an hour to get the iPhone out of the warehouse. Guarantee is difficult to claim, that is until December 16, 2017. You can also pay 39 € for the diagnosis. I'm glad I got the device back. Be wise to read shop reviews before purchasing anything here. I don't set foot in this store anymore.

Een goede service en ze zijn erg klantvriendelijk/klantgericht I was well helped by Sander, he took his time and that solved the problem I had with my Apple Watch. A good service and they are very customer friendly / customer oriented

However, they claimed that they ran all the test and can’t find the problem. After two and half weeks of investigation, they want to charge me €80 for “research”. But the problems are still there!!!!! I can still see it on my screen!!!!!!!!! Also they threatened me if I bring in the laptop and ask them to check again, they will charge me!!!!
