Big and clean rooms. Nice bar and restaurant. Breakfast is ok. Centre of the city with lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

Nicely located in the city center of Goes, with a wide variety of drinks and food available. However, the service is lacking from time to time..

Nice Rooms, good beds. There no door to the bathroom, only to the toilet atleast you'll have your private time there. Breakfast just ok. Nothing special, very small. Good Lunsh tho. Nice staff. Its an ok hotel for a stay a couple of nights also in the middle of everything so you dont have to walk far to get anywhere.

I arrived late due to flight delay. Staff were most accommodating and friendly. I had a few requests and each one was dealt with perfectly. The location is perfect, out the front door and straight into the market square. Will definitely pick this hotel again if I am in the area.

The hotel is located at the centre of Goes so there are plenty of shops and restaurants around. This is in my opinion the biggest advantage this hotel has. The front entrance is pretty narrow and inconspicuous, sitting right in between restaurants. Rooms are nice and sparkly clean and I found the bed really comfortable. Every room is equipped with a safe and a water kettle together with coffee and tea options (Decaf also available). The rooms are well-lit and the warm lighting offers a cozy ambience. WiFi reception is good in all corners of the property and works pretty well. Now for the things I didn't like or find very fancy. Breakfast is reasonable, there aren't many options and they don't change the menu between days or between weeks even. I stay here every week on business so I know. No extra toiletries except for the soap/shampoo coming out of the dispenser. As this is a city hotel meant for plain stays they don't have a wellness centre here - so no gym or swimming pool or sauna. Lastly, for just a nice room with breakfast I found this place to be unreasonably expensive. I have stayed at better hotels for less in more touristy places. But as I stay here only when I am on business the price has not been a problem for me. Aside: my first week I lost my room card somewhere. When I told them they immediately made another one for me. So more brownie points on their service.

This review concerns The Grand Café downstairs and only covers a quick drink visit. The coffees were ok and the service was also ok. Nothing special. Disappointing was that glad was dropped (accidents happen) yet little effort was made to clean it up fully. Drinks were delivered wrong and later took quite some time. This was not due to lack of staff as there were 5 servers standing in the front entrance.

Dirty table, manager and staff at the booth beside us were making lots of noise. The staff were also drinking at the bar while working. Had to wait a long time to finally receive our bill. Someone should maybe check the toilet once in awhile, very messy. The manager was telling her staff to take care of customers, maybe she should set an example herself. Food was good, I'd recommend the mussels.

Great hotel, freshly renovated. The room was large and very comfortable. Staff was also very nice. The spa is cool. Breakfast was made of various options and we liked it a lot. A great place to stay in Goes.
