Professioneel team, goede en duidelijke communicatie en goede kennis van de markt. Het is grappig om te zien dat de negatieve comments er vooral op zien dat de verkopende partij goed vertegenwoordigd is. Als makelaar dien je ook juist de verkopende partij te vertegenwoordigen en niet de kopende partij. I have bought and sold several properties through AMB Makelaars in recent years and always to my satisfaction. Professional team, good and clear communication and good knowledge of the market. It is funny to see that the negative comments mainly mean that the selling party is well represented. As a broker you also have to represent the selling party and not the buying party.

Tot onze verbazing kregen wij bericht van AMB dat zij afzagen van Courtage. Wie doet zo iets nog tegenwoordig, terwijl zij er toch tijd in hebben gestoken. Dus voor ons een top makelaardij. Fam. van Doorn. Very professional and transparent, have done their best to make sales to be handled administratively, but because the sale unfortunately due to the withdrawal of the v.d. copper did not take place, unfortunately they were unable to do anything for us.
