β β β β β Aan de kop van het autoluwe centrum van Best kun je niet om Ambacht heen. Een zaak in het middensegment, waar ze voor de avonddis een tapasachtige formule hanteren: allerlei kleinere schotels voor een vaste prijs Γ‘ volontΓ©. De inrichting van de zaak is knusbruin met Brabantse accenten en toch hip. De bediening is vriendelijk. Als single-eter kwamen de schoteltjes tamelijk snel achter elkaar op mijn tafel en leek het of de porties aan de bescheiden kant waren. Maar op de smaak viel niets af te dingen: prima in orde.
 At the head of the car-free center of Best, you cannot miss Ambacht. A shop in the middle segment, where they use a tapas-like formula for the evening meal: all kinds of smaller dishes for a fixed price. The interior of the store is cozy brown with Brabant accents, yet hip. The service is friendly. As a single eater, the dishes arrived at my table fairly quickly and the portions seemed on the modest side. But the taste was nothing to argue with: just fine.
