★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op de markt in Amstelveen haal je echt de beste soep. Op hun website staat wat erin zit en op de emmertjes staan tekst en uitleg, maar vraag het vooral aan de mensen aan de kraam. Deze soepen zijn met hartstocht gemaakt en dat proef je. Ik dacht bij vegetarische soep iets te gaan missen, maar na de broccoli/kaas/mosterdsoep ben ik geheel om. Die doet sterk denken aan de soep van De Jonge Dikkert of zou het zo zijn dat … ? Afijn, probeer dit!
 You really get the best soup at the market in Amstelveen. Their website states what is in it and the buckets have text and explanations, but do ask the people at the booth. These soups are made with passion and you can taste it. I thought I would miss something with vegetarian soup, but after the broccoli / cheese / mustard soup I am completely over. It is strongly reminiscent of De Jonge Dikkert's soup or could it be that…? Anyway, try this!
