★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte service ik ben 2x voor niets naar daar gegaan, de kapper was er gewoon niet en werd niet op de hoogte gehouden daarvan (tijd en geld verspilling) 3e x moest ik zelf bellen om te kijken of hij er was en dan word mij verteld dat hij er zou zijn en paar minuten later krijg ik te horen dat hij er pas 1 a 2 uur later zou zijn terwijl ik ruim van te voren een afspraak heb gemaakt!! (dus de kapper mag zelf beslissen op het laatste moment wanneer hij wilt werken!!!)
 Bad service I went there 2x for nothing, the hairdresser was just not there and was not informed about it (waste of time and money) 3rd x I had to call myself to see if he was there and then I am told that he would be there and a few minutes later I am told that he would only be there 1 or 2 hours later while I made an appointment well in advance !! (so the hairdresser can decide at the last moment when he wants to work !!!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online via treatwell een boeking gemaakt en betaald. Kwam binnen, ze wisten dat ik via treatwell een knipbeurt had geboekt. Ik zag mijn naam ook in hun agenda.
Ze spraken geen Nederlands of Engels, en begrepen mij niet. Mn haar werd gewassen en gestijlt (dit wilde ik absoluut NIET, ik heb krullend haar)
Op t einde maakte ze duidelijk dat ik wel even ergens anders geknipt moest worden vanwege de punten. WAARVOOR IK DUS KWAM. Ik probeerde dit duidelijk te maken maar ze leken me niet te begrijpen.
21 euro die ik vooraf had betaald krijg ik gelukkig terug van Treatwell.
De 38 euro (?!?!!?) voor wassen en stijlen wat ik niet wilde ben ik kwijt.
Booked and paid online through Treatwell. Came in, they knew I booked a haircut through treatwell. I also saw my name in their calendar.
They did not speak Dutch or English and did not understand me. My hair was washed and straightened (I absolutely did NOT want this, I have curly hair)
In the end she made it clear that I had to be cut somewhere else because of the points. WHAT I SO CAME FOR. I tried to make this clear but they didn't seem to understand me.
Fortunately, I get 21 euros that I paid in advance from Treatwell.
I lost the 38 euros (?!? !!?) For washing and styling what I didn't want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to have my eyebrows waxed it was a disaster. I will never go back there again. The lady who did my eyebrows pulled off my skin by waxing with papers and used dirty wax. Now I have a big dark spot under my left eyebrow. I am so pissed!!
