★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a car for 3 days,the lady at the desk was very rude,she was talking to me like I was stupid,when I finally could get the car,they gave me a car with the front glass broken and was very dirty,I won't rent a car from them again,they treat you like they are making you a favour instead of you paying for a damn service!! First they should learn how to deal with customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible and Unfriendly Service at the Desk. They are unorganized, we used their service 5 times in 2017 and each time they would not have our booking in the system, not have the car ready or want a new credit card on the day of pick up. The upside, they have Cars and also the Staff that prepare the Cars are friendly. We won't be using this service in 2018.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This rental car company is ok if you don't count how many times the boss licks his finger to take every paper he needs to be able to get you a car. A little bit of twenty first century would be appreciated. But, with their papers and their time, they do the job and car is externally clean, at least. I will come back.

This buis ess is located in Zuid.
Got a new and clean Volkswagen Transporter.
Pickup was simple, however with a wait [it was however Saturday morning]tthe information on rental return was less clear, we waited when it would have been sufficient to deposit the keys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a van from this business to move houses, and everything was excellent. The gentleman at the counter was very polite, the van was new and clean, the check-in and return process was seamless, and the price was better than anywhere else in the area. Highly recommend!
