★ ★ ★ ★ ★ À fuir. Ne mérite même pas une étoile. J’ai trouvé que ses caftans sont jolis alors j’ai essayé d’appeler plusieurs fois pendant plusieurs jours on refuse mes appels. Après avoir insisté elle me répond enfin par message qu’elle répond à aucun appel (trop bizarre). J’explique que j’ai envoyé un mail et des messages sur Instagram (il y a une semaine maintenant) pour des renseignements pour commander une robe, elle me répond que je dois encore patienter. J’ai ensuite demandé conseil car je suis entre deux tailles selon mes mesures. Et bien j’attends encore la réponse … Tout ce qu’on m’a répondu c’est de me référer à leur guide des tailles mais comme je le disais, selon mes hanches je ferais plutôt du M et selon mon buste plutôt du S. J’ai simplement voulu un conseil de professionnel pour commander la bonne taille, un conseil que je n’ai pas eu. Vous m’avez répondu simplement pour me dire de me référer à votre tableau ! Aucun sens du commerce, aucune gentillesse ni bienveillance. J’ajoute que vous répondez bien plus rapidement à vos avis Google qu’à vos messages. Bonne continuation
 To flee. Doesn't even deserve a star. I found her caftans to be pretty so I tried calling several times for several days to get my calls refused. After insisting she finally answers me by message that she answers no calls (too weird). I explain that I sent an email and messages on Instagram (a week ago now) for information on ordering a dress, she replies that I still have to wait. I then asked for advice because I am between two sizes according to my measurements. Well I'm still waiting for the answer… All I was told is to refer to their size guide but as I said, depending on my hips I would rather do M and according to my bust rather S I just wanted professional advice on ordering the right size, advice I didn't get. You answered me simply to tell me to refer to your table! No sense of commerce, no kindness or benevolence. I would add that you respond to your Google reviews much faster than your messages. Is de eerste winkel die ik ken die wanneer je binnen komt,de robijn geur je tegemoet.heb meerdere keren meegemaakt dat je geen keuze kan maken en die lieve dames daar denken met je mee, ondanks de drukte soms geven ze je niet t gevoel dat je er maar zelf moet uitkomen. Huurjurken zijn altijd schoon en ruiken heerlijk. Top zaak en zeker aan te bevelen!!En maschallah die nieuwe collectie van Hun is echt prachtig!!!
Very nice shop with a nice look. Is the first store I know that when you enter, the ruby smell meets you. I have experienced several times that you can't make a choice and those lovely ladies there think along with you, despite the crowds sometimes they don't give you the feeling that you just have to figure it out yourself. Rental dresses are always clean and smell great. Top business and definitely recommended!! And maschallah that new collection of Hun is really beautiful!!!
