LET OP! Amexxi staat het annuleren van bestellingen niet toe.
We hebben geprobeerd de bestelling te annuleren, nadat we geen reactie ontvingen in de eerste en tweede week van de bestelling. Ook op de annulering kregen we geen antwoord.
Uiteindelijk kregen we de eigenaresse te pakken via Whatsapp. Ze heeft haar excuses aangeboden dat het langer duurde (let wel, dit betreft al wel meer dan 2 maanden) en dat annuleren niet mogelijk was, omdat de ringen maatwerk zijn.
De ringen zijn niet maatwerk, ze zijn ongegraveerd en hebben een artikelnummer op de website. Ze berust het feit dat het maatwerk is, omdat de ringen zijn besteld op een ringvinger maat 56.
Dit is geen maatwerk, noch maakt ze de ringen zelf. Ze komen van een leverancier.
We hebben hiervan melding gemaakt bij de ACM, want dit is een overtreding op de wet "Kopen op Afstand" en werkt niet mee aan de herroepingsrecht.
Helaas moeten we nu ons gelijk halen door een uitgebreide procedure te starten.

PAY ATTENTION! Amexxi does not allow the cancellation of orders.
We tried to cancel the order after we received no response in the first and second week of the order. We also received no reply to the cancellation.
Eventually we got the owner through Whatsapp. She has apologized that it took longer (note, this concerns more than 2 months) and that cancellation was not possible, because the rings are custom made.
The rings are not made to measure, they are un engraved and have an article number on the website. She relies on the fact that it is custom, because the rings are ordered on a ring finger size 56.
This is not customized, nor does she make the rings herself. They come from a supplier.
We have reported this to the ACM, as this is a violation of the "Distance Buying" law and does not cooperate with the right of withdrawal.
Unfortunately, we now have to get right by starting an extensive procedure.
