Zeer klantvriendelijk & super blij met het eind resultaat! Een gezellige salon , met vriendelijk personeel. Zeker de moeite waard om een keer langs te gaan.

Heel erg tevreden over de service en kwaliteit van de behandeling.

Fijne salon, erg vriendelijke kapster die weet waar ze het over heeft. Ze adviseert, maar dringt het niet aan je op. Je wordt warm ontvangen en ze hebben aandacht voor je. De sfeer in de salon is prettig, je kan er even fijn ontspannen.

Mijn bezoek aan deze kapsalon is nu ruim 3 maanden terug. Destijds heb ik mijn haar laten kleuren in balayage-stijl. Na al deze tijd ziet het er nog perfect uit! Ik heb dit vooral te danken aan het professionele advies dat mij over het kleuren werd gegeven en de tijd die ze voor mij hebben genomen. Het personeel is super aardig en klantvriendelijk. Ze luisteren ook echt naar de wensen die je hebt. Ik ga hier graag nog eens naartoe!

Always able to assist and great with kids hair as well!

Every time I go there I leave being annoyed about something. Sometimes it's the cut itself : one time I asked for a new cut they told me about (their yearly new trends) that turned out very different from the picture ( especially after washing it looked not so great). Sometimes it's the time it took to cut my hair: last time I was there for 2 hours and a half for a wash, cut and dry; sometimes it's the prices they ask ( but this is probably the same for all haircutters in Houten) and sometimes it's the waiting time despite having made an appointment. But today the most annoying was the attitude of someone from the staff. She got mad at me after I kindly asked to redo a small braid that took 3 minutes to make; the reason I asked to redo it was because the parting was very messed up and when I saw it and told her about it - after 1 or 2 minutes after she started- she told me she will finish it and then take care of it. I was curious how she will do that after she finished, but I waited patiently; off course it was not possible after and she was pretty annoyed that I really wanted my parting straight and not a hot mess (looked like when you go out of the shower and your hair just splits somehow). She also suggested I do my hair myself at home ( why do I go to a haircutter then?) and started pulling on my hair with a sour expression. I know it doesn't matter so much for the salon, but I won't go there anymore. Heck, I'd be a lot better off if I just learn to cut my own hair ( I have long straight hair)

I visited AMI Kappers to donate my hair to Stichting Haarwensen. The hairdresser cut off 2 braids of 35 cm and then did a fabulous job at styling my hair without cutting off much more. She was very professional and friendly, and I will definitely go back.
