Hierop heb ik dit per e-mail gemeld maar dan geven zij niet thuis en geven geen antwoord. Onbetrouwbaar dus voor mij nooit meer hier iets bestellen Unfortunately, they provide less than ordered by koffievoordeelshop.nl. I ordered 100 Hotcemel sticks and there are only 95 delivered. To this I said this in an e-mail but they do not give home and not answer. Unreliable never buy me anything here

Afgezien dat van mij de levertijden wat sneller mogen (Beide bestellingen binnen een aantal werkdagen binnen dus op zich ook niet slecht) erg tevreden over de gehele ervaring. Ook heb ik telefonisch contact gehad over beide orders. Hier ben ik netjes en goed geholpen. Verwacht hier zeker nog een keer een bestelling te plaatsen, een aanrader! Placed an order twice. Apart from the fact that the delivery times may be faster (both orders within a few working days inside so not bad either) very satisfied with the entire experience. I also had telephone contact about both orders. Here I am well and well helped. Do not hesitate to place an order here again, highly recommended!

Und bekomme auch keine Antwort Jetzt hat sich endlich jemand gemeldet und ich danke für die schnelle Bearbeitung, danke das ist dann doch ein guter Service. I didn't get enough goods and then emails come back because they cannot be delivered. And I don't get an answer either Now someone has finally got in touch and I thank you for the quick processing, thank you, that's good service after all.

D	D B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atrocious dishonest company. Placed an order for £126.22. They sent me a tracking number to show it had been dispatched, but once I checked it said the tracking number wasn't valid. After some time and only after filing a dispute with PayPal they finally responded and said they hadn't despatched it as they had claimed as items were missing, but they had now dispatched it minus missing items and refunded me. They kept producing a document to say they had refunded me but when I checked my Paypal numerous times there was nothing. They told me to be 'patient' it takes time and when I was patient and still no refund came after a month they said they 'didn't speak English". Next they said they knew nothing about a refund before reverting to they have already given me a refund which they haven't and can provide no proof other than a piece of paper they have screenshot saying "refund" in Dutch which they helpfully translated for me. I would not trust them at all and they have lost a customer. I would have been a repeat buyer,but not now. So they have thrown away a customer by being dishonest. The items they did send arrived in a badly damaged box and were wet. They told PayPal they would only offer a refund upon return of the items which they know would cost far too much for me to return as they are heavy and bulky and I cannot send them back in original condition as box fell apart. So I have lost money and they refuse to refund me for the items not in stock and keep claiming they have refunded me when PayPal confirm they haven't. They also ignore complaints.

A	Angel Rops on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ [Before their input my view] Scammers, Used Bol.com to order 2 weeks ago. Get a DHL tracking code and a delivery date of 24th November, DHL never recieves the item, I never received the item and they claimed to Bol.com that the order has been delivered [Update after responses] "These things happen" yes they do, but judging from others reviews you have a unlucky string of accidents like this one. The review may change once i see that the charge has been revoked as I also saw other costumers having issues with this process. However my first impressions is a very poor one and id not recommend you to anyone.
