H	Haykanush Ohanyan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience for hair coloring turned out to be quite negative. I found that the price is too elevated with respect to provided services (lack of professionalism and hygiene), although it is one of the cheapest salons in Amsterdam. I wouldn't go there again.

J	Janice F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst haircut experience. The lady was clearly in a rush as she asked me to come 1.5h earlier just 3 hours before the appointment. I agreed to come 0.5h earlier and when I arrived she said she wants to enjoy the nice weather that’s why she asked to move the appointment up. She then proceeded to wash, cut and dry my hair within 15 mins (even though it was supposed to be 45 mins). My hair is so uneven I need to book another haircut elsewhere to fix it. First and last time. I will never come back to this horrible place. Edit: You did NOT give me a free mask - please do not lie. I was fine with coming 30 mins earlier but you were clearly in a rush that you didn’t even spend 3 mins to wash my hair. I added a photo now just to show my review is based on the actual haircut done. People can see for themselves. And no I didn’t leave at 4:15. In fact I have evidence as I sent a photo of my hair complaining to my family even before 4:00. So if you still insist your blatant lies, I will challenge you at De Geschillencommissie. The fact that your instinct is to respond with lies is just disgusting business morale.

S	Silvia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am giving the salon 3 stars not because I am not happy with the treatment result, but because of their professionality - not only they were late (cancelled on me the first time around) but it took 5 hours for something which was supposed to last not longer than 2. 5 hours! There were, at all times, 4 clients but only 3 hairdressers - resulting in one person having to wait around for 30 minutes or so.

I paid 150 euro and then she said in the site price start from 45 euro. My hair is short and not volume I am wondering the money that she asked me and I paid was not double even not triple but almost 4 times more than their site. Moreover she said they are using Olaplex products while they are not. Very unprofessional my first and my last time there??

But the service was finished in 15 minutes while the appointment was intended for 30 min. Besides who washes, cuts and dries long hair in 15 min?? I had the impression that the hairdresser was cutting random strands and not comparing them to the other side of the head. I was asked if I want my hair to be dried. Well only the front was dried (and a little styled) As I wrote the final effect wasn't bad so I didn't complain. Only at home I found a few single strands of uncut hair, which I cut with a special scissors with small teeth which are normally used in hair salons (in this one only one type o scissors was used). It is not a place for a woman who wants to feel special and relaxed. This is a place for quick service with low price and not perfect effect. Not recommended by me.
