Is 2 x voor de zelfde klacht (uitvallen ) een monteur geweest na 3x zelfde klacht is de fiets weg voor reparatie
Als we bellen word er of niet aangenomen of afgebroken ??kregen geen leenfiets zoals beloofd???
Moeten nu al 2 weken een fiets huren op onze vakantie ??????
Vandaar deze reactie zeeeeeeeeer ontevreden en nog ergere slechte service en communicatie
En valse voorlichting bij aankoop
Wat een aanfluiting
Have a bike from you for a year
Has been a mechanic 2 x for the same complaint (failure) after 3 x the same complaint, the bike is gone for repair
When we call it is either not accepted or broken down ?? didn't get a loan bike as promised
Have to rent a bike on our holiday for 2 weeks now
Hence this response very dissatisfied and even worse poor service and communication
And false information when buying
What a mockery

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bezorging ging initieel naar verkeerd adres, maar na een telefoontje was alles vlot geregeld. Fietsen doen het prima. Ben bijna trots om op zo'n mooie Nederlandse fiets te rijden.
Delivery initially went to the wrong address, but after a phone call everything was arranged smoothly. Bicycles work fine. Am almost proud to ride such a beautiful Dutch bike.
