★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a patient for 3 years now, I had all kind of complex work done, had 2 different dentist, one implantologist. It is the only clinic where I feel safe and I feel that they know what they do. Latest technology and equipment and professional staff. Even after moving to the Hague I keep on going to Amstel Dental. Highly recommended. Keep up the amazing work! Best clinic ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment for Invisalign and travelled over 40 minutes to get to the practice, only to be told the only dentist who performs Invisalign wasn't there and they didn't know when she would be back. However if I hadn't of shown up for the appointment, they would have charged me the entire fee! What a waste of time ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Amstel Dental last year and debated over whether to write this review, as it is reflective of only one dentist - whose name I can’t remember. The administration were nice and environment was clean.
I visited due to discoloration of a tooth. I had emailed before visiting asked for someone senior as I was relatively nervous. When I arrived the dentist quickly checked only the tooth I complained about, though I was charged for C28 an ‘extensive’ consult not C13 a ‘problem-oriented’ consult. He said he could see a hole and do I want to fix it now. I asked whether X-rays should be taken, he said no. I felt a bit rushed to make a decision so agreed and forewarned him I usually need a bit more local anesthetic. Once he had begun, he realized the hole was larger than anticipated. There wasn’t enough local anesthetic used, I was sweating and shaking with pain and discomfort, at one point even grabbed his arm to stop, not offered anymore local only told it wouldn’t be much longer. The whole experience was quite awful. The colour of my filling is terribly off, and there is a huge concave in my tooth. I leave this review now because if that wasn’t enough, today the corner of my tooth has chipped off where the filling is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible experience. they try to do all the process to get more money and at the end you still have the same problem with the teeth. The dentist didn't even know what to do and asking me what I want to do. never again!

If you don't care about costumer service go here.
if you get sick and cancel even two days ahead, make sure you have money to pay a ridiculous fine for not having control on your health.
They only care about the money and please go somewhere that actually cares about your health <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only one visit so far for an initial assessment, so it's difficult to make an overall judgement; but the reception staff were helpful, the young dentist did a good job making me feel comfortable, and everything seemed very professional.
