β β β β β Very nice indoor and outdoor tennis club. You can rent a court without being a member. Renting a court is bit pricey for the outdoor courts, indoor is half price! (Both assuming you're not a member).
Personel is friendly, they have (semi-) private lessons there, which are really good. Big restaurant and a good tennisshop inside.

β β β β β One of the better clubs in NL/Amsterdam. I appreciate the clubhouse feel, food, courts, fact that they have indoor also is great. Booking system leaves much to be desired though and facilities are sparse regarding bathrooms/showers/toilets/lockers. (So much space but they haven't made good use of it!) Good coaches, training sessions, tournaments, international membership base - this is a player's club in short! Proshop staff, not the nicest, club staff are tennis players/coaches themselves and they are chill/friendly folks. As a result its not the same level of service you'd expect, but they get the job done.

β β β β β Once you register as a member make sure you read all the terms and conditions in welcome email in detail. They are quite sneaky on hiding details such as you need to cancel your membership before new years eve for the upcoming season. Otherwise you are automatically enrolled for the next year. This is the silliest thing ever. They don't remind you at all, I believe that is part of their tricky business plan. The season starts on April, they send you invoice on February and you have to cancel your membership 4 months before the season starts which is December. Basically once you are in their hands they will squeeze you to get money. In corona time this is quite an issue since you know that you will barely use their services. If you don't pay then you are gonna hassle with
agencies that chase you down. Well done. All is legal but not customer friendly at all.
Physical conditions are good in terms of courts, showers and lounge.
Online system is inconvenient on court bookings.
I also had tennis course here for one season. But I wouldn't continue even if the corona let me do because the staff is not as friendly as I would expect.

β β β β β All in all a great tennis club, and I think the best in Amsterdam for the expat community!

β β β β β The outdoor courts are great when you can play on them, but they are quite frequently closed due to weather conditions: rain and wet weather is understandable, but when courts are closed all day due to overnight frost defrosting and flooding up into the clay it can be very frustrating. Communication of closed courts is frequently very last minute, which adds to the frustration.
The greatest part of the club is by far the people. You meet some wonderful tennis players and you might make some great friends!

β β β β β A cash cow place. We paid 35β¬ for an indoor court, which was not heated and parts were hanging from the ceiling. When it rained, water was dripping down and buckets were positioned by the staff. Communication with the reception was very impersonal and no interest in feedback.

β β β β β Nice facilities but terrible organization and management. The most annoying thing: no one here ever picks up the phone, no matter when you call. Similar thing for emails. For any stupid reason you just need to go physically there. Unbelievable
