I arrived half an hour earlier, reported to the reception who changed my appointment on the spot, telling me that I could probably be finished in 15 minutes. And indeed... And two days afterwards I received a text message, telling me that my passport was ready for pick up. Normal SLA is 5 working days, so I am delighted...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there for initial registration today and ot was very smooth there is a reception where you would get a token for your work. Staff is very helpful, place is easily noticable from roadside they have ample parking space ao if you bring your car then ahou be fine.
