Ich habe auch auf einer Auktion eine Grafik erstanden, die angeblich zugesendet wurde, aber ich habe die Grafik nie erhalten. Erst schien es so, dass es an Problemen bei der Zustellung lag, bzw. die Sendung wieder Retour ging, woraufhin ich die Sendung nochmals bezahlt habe. Ab dieser zwieten Zahlung zu der ich aufgefordert wurde ist nichts mehr bgeschehen und die Grafik nicht eingetroffen. Auf meine wiederholten Anfragen per e-mail habe ich keine Antwort mehr bekommen.

I also bought a graphic at an auction that was supposed to be sent, but I never received the graphic. At first it seemed that there were problems with the delivery, or the shipment went back, whereupon I paid the shipment again. From this second payment, which I was asked to do, nothing happened and the graphics did not arrive. I never received an answer to my repeated inquiries by email.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik kocht bij ABA op de veiling van begin augustus een schilderij, kreeg daarvoor zowel de factuur als het aanbod om de verzending te betalen.
Na de betaling kreeg ik enkel nog een antwoordaparaat aan de lijn met " wij zijn gesloten voor de zomerstop tot 8 september 2018, jawel 2018. Na meerdere mails kreeg ik van de zaakvoerder de heer del Pinto bijgevoegd anwoord : Klopt wij zij zojuist weer terug!
Wij zullen ervoor zorgdragen dat uw aankoop a.s. woensdag verzonden wordt.

I bought a painting from ABA at the auction at the beginning of August, I received both the invoice and the offer to pay for the shipment.
After the payment, I only got an answering machine on the line with "we are closed for the summer break until 8 September 2018, yes, 2018. After several emails, I received the following reply from the manager, Mr del Pinto: Are we correct?"
We will ensure that your purchase will be sent Wednesday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had contact to have our books checked if they are valuable enough for auction. After initial contact by phone we were asked to send email with some pictures. We sent the email, but no reply was ever forthcoming. And if now we call there is a voicemail of last year about the summerstop... very sloppy, 1st email was end of may, we are september now, and no reply even after several reminding emails.. website is still up and running, but it feels like that is all right now...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not sure about their regular shopping hours but they host auctions every few months where they sell antique books, old prints, posters and all sorts of miscellaneous antiques. Last time we went they had old royal costumes and old toys too. They're very friendly and on auction nights they have free drinks!
