De game bestaat uit herkenbare situaties die het gesprek tussen management en uitvoerenden makkelijk doet verlopen. Ik heb het idee dat we na het spelen van deze game elkaar beter kennen. Vooral het punt dat iedereen anders omgaat met stress en werkdruk heeft onze ogen geopend en kan ons in de toekomst houvast geven om in de toekomst op een gestructureerde manier met stressvolle situaties om te gaan. Ik kan dit spel zeker aanraden voor teams in alle sectoren. The game 'Proactive' is a good tool to make it possible to discuss difficult topics within a team in a playful way. The game consists of recognizable situations that make the conversation between management and executors easy. I think we know each other better after playing this game. Especially the point that everyone deals with stress and work pressure differently has opened our eyes and can give us guidance in the future to deal with stressful situations in a structured way in the future. I can definitely recommend this game for teams in all sectors.

Zelf heb ik, onder de deskundige begeleiding van Peter Bruun, de serious game m.b.t. werkstress gespeeld. Een mooi middel om te ervaren welke instrumenten je kunt inzetten binnen een team (als collega of leidinggevende) om werkstress te voorkomen. Doordat Peter veel ervaring heeft als trainer kan hij het spel op een hele duidelijke manier uitleggen en gerichte vragen stellen voor een goede evaluatie. Daarbij bevordert het spelen van het spel ook de onderlinge teamgeest en samenwerking! If you want to gain a powerful learning experience related to a specific theme, then you are at the right place at Amsterdam Game Lab. I myself, under the expert guidance of Peter Bruun, played the serious game with regard to work stress. A great way to experience which instruments you can use within a team (as a colleague or manager) to prevent work stress. Because Peter has a lot of experience as a trainer, he can explain the game in a very clear way and ask specific questions for a good evaluation. In addition, playing the game also promotes team spirit and cooperation!

We've all done exercises at the office or at team meetings around 'personality' or 'your mindset colour' which, for some, have no value whatsoever. I had the pleasure to experience one of the products provided by Amsterdam Game Lab recently. 'Proactive' really impressed me, a really smart way of illustrating how work load can affect the work place, and who/what needs to be considered. Huge shout out to Peter for his excellent facilitation skills. Give them a call, even the sceptics such as me can be persuaded!
