About Amsterdam Muiderpoort
Het Mainport Innovation Fund (MIF) is een collectief van partners bestaande uit Schiphol, KLM, TU Delft, Havenbedrijf Amsterdam en NS die elkaar vinden in de ambitie om ondernemers in een vroeg stadium te ondersteunen met geld en expertise om te kunnen groeien. Op basis van een actieve scout-functie komen jonge ondernemers op de radar die innovatieve oplossingen bieden in domeinen zoals mobiliteit, transport en duurzaamheid. Naast investeren heeft NS ook de mogelijkheid om als launching customer op te treden.

The area around and underneath the station aren't really safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean station. Small serving shop with coffee and snacks. There is a small elevator that will hold a family with two children and two full size suitcases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A medium-small sized station with some connections available including trains and busses. The staff there is also quite helpful. A kiosk is present where you can buy eatable and some other stuff. Whereas the nearest city center is perhaps 10 mins walk away so you have a lot of other options available there... Different building for different connections is a bit confusing though...All in all a medium thumbs up ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The station offers good connections for trains towards Hilversum, Utrecht and Amsterdam as well as interchange between the local bus and tram at street level. It can be a nice station to watch trains heading into the sidings but the atmosphere can be unpleasant in the evening and night.
Step free access to the platforms via lifts is provided here and there are some small shops included in the subway.
