★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 2019 I brought my roaster to Amsterdam Roasters, to roast my coffee at the collective. After a while I've sold my roaster and now I'm roasting on the 15 KG IMF roasters from AR. A good step forward. I went from a 5 kg machine to a 15kg machine without having to make an investment in a roaster and can use the machine when I need it.
What makes this Roasting Collective great is the sharing of knowledge among the roasters.
Happy to roast at AR.
