★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ordered on 12/10/21 still not received my order, today they are saying it may never come because i chose standard delivery they have no tracking link nor proof of postage, they are offering no solution other then it may turn up it may not. looks like ill have to do a chargeback off the bank. First time customer in uk, never again.
UPDATE: The most UNPROFESSIONAL attitude I have ever experienced with any business, the emails are so rude, disrespectful & disgusting.
The items never did arrive, plenty of excuses including that they probably got seized by customs (it is not illegal to buy seeds in the uk, our shops sell them), If you believe customs are seizing items you send to the uk, why would you still be offering to post to the uk. You offered no way to sort this, that was until I told them I was doing a chargeback through the bank (good job I did), they then said they would of reposted or refunded if I had kept waiting, for how long? waited well over a month. Bad mouths, Bad excuses & Bad practices! AVOID AVOID AVOID
Also the response off them on this review is so polite and could not be any more different in tone, attitude, rudeness etc to the emails they sent me, the emails were all in a very condescending tone and patronizing me. I've never been spoken too by a professional, owner, employee of any business anywhere in the world, the way they spoke to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually, good service can only be experienced when you run into trouble with an order. That's what happened to me. I chose ASC for their comprehensive offer of seeds and CBD products. I placed my order with standard shipment, believing that sending an envelope from one country to another without tracking is secure enough. After waiting for over two weeks without receiving my order I began an email conversation with the ASC support explaining and asking for a goodwill solution. Finally, thanks to Luca, I received a replacement for my lost order incl. free-of-charge tracking shipment, which only took 2 days to arrive! Therefore I definitely recommend, don't use standard shipment if you want to avoid a possible loss of your shipment. And don't count on the ASC support to always provide such a generous replacement offer. Thanks again guys, you got yourself a happy customer!
