It was promised that flower will be delivered same day before 13:00 Nothing was delivered that day, when I called support told me they they dont see my order and cant help me. They suggested to go to bank and try to cancel transaction. I had to do it. TWO days later flowers was delivered, just when I dont need them. And money was charged again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not receive the flowers my sister sent me. My sister spent over 40 euros. Amsterdamflowers delivered the flowers to a neighbor A WEEK AGO, and I just found out. They say they delivered a messagecard in the mail. I did not find the messagecard (even though in their response below they say I did). Called their front desk. No sympathies. Did not offer an apology or refund or replacement delivery, as they considered their job well done. They say it's the neighbors fault and I should ask the neighbors to give me a new bouquet. Terrible attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A day before Valentine's Day 2022 I purchased a bouquet of flowers naturally with a date of delivery 14th Feb before 13:00. In next day during a call just for confirmation around 15:06 I have been told that "I don't know when it will be delivered, our courier is working on that since 10:00 in a morning". As it turns out, the flowers were delivered almost 18:00 when my girl was living the office - barely caught. Also, condition of flowers very doubtful, not fresh anymore. Thank You so much for ruin such a special day for my partner!
