★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personally, I had a great experience working with Yvoline van Kuijk with both renting and buying a house. What I could highlight is the fact that she was supporting me with various stuff after I already got the apartment (e.g. I had some issues with my landlord because they were doing the renovation of the building, and she helped me to agree on a temporary discount). So, of course, when I decided to buy (which is a hard thing to do in Amsterdam , especially if you are looking for something at the same price range as everyone else is), I called Yvoline. In ~ 3 moths after I signed the buying contract. If I decide to sell, I will call her again :D

As soon as I said I was interested Maurits did everything to help me, the viewing was arranged very quickly and everything ran smoothly. I’m now living here for a month and couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for a great broker, definitely ask for Maurits! He knows exactly what’s available on the market and helps you getting the place!
