β β β β β Helpfulness was ok, prices for the bikes are good, it's a bit odd tho the bike purchased was "fixed" altough clearly still had it's rough patches. The staff preferred to finish their meal instead of helping. Still 3 stars for the good pricing.

β β β β β Excellent service!! They have very reasonable prices on all their bikes. Their staff is super friendly and ready to help with any questions or task. They helped me through every step including import documents and loading the bike onto a trailer. Quick with a joke and fast with admin. I would recommend them any time???

β β β β β Today I had an appointment to see my potential first bike. After arriving we were warmly welcomed by Chris who drove the bike in front of the store. After some explanation it was no problem for me to test-drive the bike.
Overall excellent service and no problems whatsoever. Definitely recommend this place!
