★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ancora Adviesgroep heeft ons geholpen bij het aankopen van onze woning, het afsluiten van de hypotheek en verzekeringen en het verkopen van onze woning. Ik kan niets anders zeggen dan dat alle ervaringen positief zijn. Ik heb altijd het gevoel dat ik met vakmensen te maken heb met veel inhoudelijke kennis. Daarnaast is de communicatiestijl erg kalm, transparant en respectvol naar alle partijen. Precies wat ik nodig heb als impulsieve en gejaagde huizenkoper :)
Bij het aankopen van onze woning heeft Ancora telkens goed onderzoek gedaan naar de waarde van de woning en wist ons bij bezichtigingen een goed beeld te geven van de technische staat van de woning. Wij hebben aangekocht met een goed beeld van de benodigde verbeterpunten en tegen een goede prijs.
Bij het afsluiten van de hypotheek werden wij goed meegenomen in de verschillende financieringsvormen en voor ons belangrijke voorwaarden. Ancora adviseert onafhankelijk en transparant de goedkoopste hypotheek met de beste voorwaarden. Het aanvraag process was duidelijk voor ons en de bank. De hypotheek in ineens en ruim binnen de tijd verstrekt. In tegenstelling tot de ervaring van een aantal vrienden, die tegen het einde van de datum veel stress hadden van hun aanvraag.
Bij het verkopen van onze woning heeft Ancora een gedegen inschatting gemaakt van de verkoopwaarde. Daarnaast hebben ze de foto/video reportage en beschrijvingen met een hoog kwaliteitsniveau ontwikkeld en gepubliceerd. Ook in dit process heeft de persoonlijke, rustige en transparante stijl veel gedaan in zowel de verkoop as het managen van onze stresslevels.

Ancora Adviesgroep assisted us in purchasing our home, taking out mortgage and insurance and selling our home. I can only say that all experiences are positive. When purchasing our home, Ancora always did good research into the value of the home and was able to give us a good idea of the technical condition of the home during viewings. We have purchased with a good picture of the necessary points for improvement and at a good price.
When taking out the mortgage, we were well taken into account in the various forms of financing and important conditions for us. Ancora independently and transparently advises the cheapest mortgage with the best conditions. The application process was clear to us and the bank. The mortgage in one lump and well within time. In contrast to the experience of some friends, who had a lot of stress from their application by the end of the date.
When selling our house, Ancora made a thorough estimate of the sales value. In addition, they have developed and published the photo / video report and descriptions with a high quality level. Also in this process, the personal, calm and transparent style has done a lot in both sales and managing our stress levels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My advice to you is DO NOT trust Ancora!! I bought an apartment from them that had some issues, some of them minor but one pretty serious (a wet spot in the roof.) 6 weeks prior to signing they promised it will be fixed but it wasn’t. DO NOT let them rush you when you are doing the final check on the day of signing. That is what they did to me and I missed things that l found out later that day (leaking radiator, broken dishwasher, etc). On the day of signing they promised me again that things would be fix and that I should not worry, I trusted them and signed the contract (big mistake!!) That evening I called them and wrote them emails with pictures indicating the new issues but I did not get any response. When they finally respond the phone to my wife they told her that we need to take care of the problems ourselves claiming that “it was too much for them” If you have to buy some property from them DO NOT trust them, they are not honest people and they only care about their commission. Buying a house should be an exciting event in a person’s life, don’t let some “pirates” spoilt it for you! Good luck!
