D	Diana Cheng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous price for such a basic hotel. The room does not have aircon and was really small, not much besides the double bed actually fits in it. Probably the price is similar to other properties during high season in Scheveningen, but it's just not worth it. The beach and town are anyway incredibly crowded with awfully behaved people - go elsewhere.

Family members cannot make booking on your belhalf or else they will accuse you of fraud. It is absolutely filthy and the staff are terribly rude. They have lack of understanding and the manager has a black heart! What a wicked bunch of staff members. The room is small and dirty just know you will not be happy with your stay! AVOID

No warm water ( 24 hrs), room was not clean ( remaining empty beer tins from previous occupant) no cleaning during stay. No established parking policy.day 1 First come first served, next day reservation policy. Receptionist not helpful in resolving problems. This was once and never again
J	Juanna Magoley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible! The walls are thin as paper. It's even possible to hear the neighbors pushing the button for the light on the other side of the wall. Also the cleaning isn't good. Checked in with hair in our bathroom (3 different kinds of hair from the person before) and even after I DID told the staff about it, it haven't been cleaned up after the second night! Unbelievable. Also the parking "system" is disappointing! You park your car and have to give them your key. You think! The have staff to park your car if needed, but that's not true! They even asked me if I could park othe peapoles car if I want to get my car out of the parking lot! Not thinking of what would be if I would scratch any other people's car! Never again!
K	Koen van der Horst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel has a perfect location as it is close to the beach and boulevard. Staff is very friendly and service oriented. Price of the hotel is, for Scheveningen standards, in the lower price range however still quite expensive for wat you get. There is very limited parking and parking is overpriced. The rooms aren't very good sound isolated and the floors are wooden so you'll hear everyone and everything around your room. The bathroom, in our room, was quite small but it did the trick. Everything was nice and clean. Beds were on the soft side but that's a personal preference i guess. The biggest downside for us was that they advertised with the fact they had an elevator. However we were put in the adjoining structure that had no elevator but steep and narrow stairs with bad handrails instead. As we had a room on the second floor and we needed to haul quite some stuff up the stairs we had to make several trips up and down the steep stairs. Overall the hotel was a pleasant place to stay and the breakfast buffet was quite nice.

Amazing location,next to the boardwalk, lovely double room, warm lounge with great coffee & refreshments; amazing service, great team.

Worst what I have ever seen after tens of hotels during the year and hundreds over years was deposit. First time someone asks 100 euros of deposit while they even dont have place where to park or breakfast was continental only.....+ Room was still smelly like sitting next to homeless person and my belongings and me smelled during my drive back home through other hotels where nobody asked deposit. And worst to that was that I even dont smoke and Im decorator as trade. Kinda insulting.
